Bobcat of Juneau, a premier Bobcat and Husqvarna equipment dealer is seeking an experienced parts sales person with the ability to take and clarify customer orders, by retrieving and selling new and aftermarket parts. Some basic knowledge of landscaping and industrial/construction equipment a plus.
Strong communication skills required.
At least 1 year of customer service required.
Job description
Takes customer orders by listening to and clarifying requests. Identifying parts required, then offering and explaining alternative parts solutions.
Communicates well with customers offering solutions to their parts needs, then places orders for supplier parts for special order and non stocked items.
Fulfills service department parts requests.
Receives returned items by inspecting items in new and resalable condition and re-shelving items. Return damaged or wrong parts to supplier.
Stocks items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves.
Maintains a clean and well stocked showroom.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, manufacturer training, researching and reading about new products.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to our customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Telephone Skills a Must, Verbal Communication, Organized Data Entry Skills, Customer Service, Selling for Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, Inventory Control, Some Lifting, Parts Sales (i.e. equipment, automotive, industrial, etc.) Knowledge Required.
