As a cook/prep for our kitchen, you will be part of a small team that will feed thousands of guests per week! We have part-time and full-time shifts available.
Be ready to be on your feet for long periods of time, and comfortable with working in a smaller kitchen space
Be prepared for some light lifting – up to 20 lbs or so
Prepare all hot and cold food items per recipes, no exceptions!
Determine amount of food to prepare, keeping waste and leftovers to a minimum.
Clean and sanitize kitchen area and food storage areas.
Comply with all food service regulations.
Closely follow all rules and policies regarding uniforms and grooming
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, along with other cleaning duties
Must obtain Alaska Food Handler’s card
