Jared Lee, DDS is looking for a long-term, motivated, goal-orientated dental assistant to help provide superior dental care to our community.
We are a growing multi doctor practice and highly value our staff members. We pride ourselves in providing top quality care and service to the people of Juneau. We have been voted as Juneau's top dental office since 2017. We have a passion for helping people and we're looking for another employee to join our fantastic team.
This team member should have a warm professional demeanor and be passionate about building relationships with patients and making them feel at ease. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, positive, friendly, likes to have fun while at work, desires constructive feedback, and works well in a team.
This is a full-time position and you must be available Monday through Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays from 8:30am-12:30pm.
A comprehensive benefits package is available to all full-time employees following a waiting period. These benefits include health benefits, a 401k, and paid leave.
Desired qualifications:
-1 year of dental assisting experience, restorative certified preferred
-Warm, positive, and professional demeanor
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge of dental software (we use Eaglesoft)
-Ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of others
-Reliability and punctuality
