DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER

As the dental office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice, handling the insurance claims process, managing accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing, and producing monthly reports. You will work closely with the dentist and staff to continue to foster a patient-centered atmosphere and positive office culture.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing daily operations of the dental office

Coordinating staff recruitment, Team management

Overseeing patient relationships and handling patient concerns

Managing accounts receivable and payable

Balancing bank statements and account reconciliation

Insurance processing including claims submission and resolving issues

Payroll processing

Coordinating event planning, training, and mentoring opportunities

Maintaining practice website and overseeing online presence

Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal regulations

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred

Proven experience in business management or accounting

At least 3 years of experience in the dental field is preferred

Working knowledge of computers and software for word processing, insurance claims submission, records

management (Eaglesoft, OperaDDS, and Vyne), payroll submission (quickbooks), and maintenance of practice website

Knowledge or experience in staff management and conflict resolution

Benefits:

Most benefits are provided after 90 days and include:

4-day work week (Tuesday- Friday)

8-hour shift (7:15am - 3:45 pm)

Generous vacation schedule (approx. 6 weeks/year)

Pay: $35-45/hr. ($53,760 - $69,120/year), Depends on Experience
