HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
Join an award-winning craft brewery as an integral member of our Human Resource Team!
This position will oversee the daily functions of the Human Resource department including administering the hiring and recruitment process; administering pay, benefits, and leave; and developing and governing company policies and practices in collaboration with Senior Management.
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical and communication skills as well as excellent organizational, multi-tasking and conflict management skills. The ability to think conceptually, problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is necessary for success.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field as well as three years’ experience in HR with one year in HR management experience preferred. SHRM-CP certification and prior small business or manufacturing experience is a plus.
