Do you enjoy spending time with elders? Southeast Senior Services is looking for a Program Supervisor for the Bridge Adult Day Center!
Job duties include performing administrative duties, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations, developing policies and procedures, monitoring budgets, preparing reports, providing billing information, recruiting and training staff and volunteers, evaluating staff, attending workshops and conferences, competing client intake, maintaining client records, conducting assessments, developing care plans, preparing discharge plans, assisting caregivers with accessing services and support, monitoring medical status of clients, developing marketing materials, and coordinating with other service providers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability to work effectively with older people, demonstrating patience, creativity, and versatility in working with people of varying abilities and disabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Sensitivity to diversity of culture and lifestyle. Ability to work with families, professional caregivers, and community service agencies. Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with other staff. Must be well organized and able to prioritize workloads and set realistic goals for self and clients. Ability to work within time frames and to meet specific deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in social work, nursing, or a related field and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred. Background check required.
This position is Full Time, starting salary $54,600-$58,500/year DOE.
