Looking for a reliable trustworthy, hard working, prompt, organized person to fill a full time position as Property Management Administrative Assistant for two properties in the valley.
Must have own vehicle and phone.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Excellent communication and time management skills
Well-developed customer service skills
Previous Property Management experience preferred, but not required
Job Duties include:
Assisting with general office administration and documentation
Attending to maintenance requests and work orders
Attending to lease renewals, arrears control and other rental documents
Liaising with tenants, returning calls and documenting any issues
