Alaska Travel Adventure is now hiring an office administrator for our Juneau Alaska location.
This multi-tasking self-starter will provide general office support by directing incoming calls; greeting guests in a helpful and friendly manner; monitoring various office equipment to be in proper working order; and ensuring efficiency of the front office. The office administrator will also order office supplies, handle inbound and outbound mail, take customer bookings, provide general administrative support, and any other duties assigned. Ideal candidates will be available immediately.

Professional, organized, team-oriented work habits
Responsive to inquiries with a pleasant, friendly demeanor
Competency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and other productivity applications
Strong work ethic, always on time, brings a positive attitude to the office everyday
