Responsibilities
● Posting and maintaining advertisements for available rentals
● Responding to rental inquiries
● Showing properties to prospective tenants
● Processing all rental applications in a timely manner
● Perform detailed property inspections
● Track & renew tenant leases
● Investigate and resolve tenant concerns
● Implement and enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
● Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely manner
● Responsible to respond, on a set schedule, to after hours maintenance emergencies
● Work with owners in improve properties to increase an owner’s return on investment
● Other duties & tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
● Must have an Alaska Real Estate License
● Must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
● Ability to build relationships with owners and tenants
● Experienced in working independently, multitasking and prioritizing
● Concise, professional written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,400.00 - $3,800.00 per month
