Position: Floral Designer / Plant Parent / Retail Shopkeeper
Hours: Part-time, 15–30 hours a week (morning, midday, afternoon, and weekend shifts available)
Pay: Starts at $17/hr (higher if you already have experience), plus tips and other benefits!

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
Put together floral arrangements that brighten people’s day.
Help customers pick out flowers, plants, and gift.s
Share plant care tips (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!)
Make local deliveries with care.
Keep the shop tidy and stocked.
Answer phones and emails with a smile
Who We’re Hoping to Find:
Someone who genuinely loves flowers, plants, and design.
A friendly, outgoing person who enjoys connecting with others.
Retail or sales experience is great, but not required—we’ll train!
Creative, reliable, and a true team player.
Comfortable using a register/computer.
Okay with being on your feet and lifting light to moderate weight.
