We need help! Don Abel Building Supply is accepting applications for a full time, year round position in Receiving. This job is a great combination of physical and office work. Grocery receiving experience preferred but not necessary.
This job requires:
1. Excellent communication skills - being able to work across departments effectively and manage our freight relationship.
2. Basic math skills.
3. Computer skills.
4 Attention to detail.
5. Excellent time management and personal motivation.
This job entails checking in freight, unloading vans and flats with a fork lift and by hand, completing and filing purchasing paperwork, counting inventory and assisting in other areas of the store as needed. Forklift certification is mandatory and we will train and certify you. You must be able to lift 50lbs.
Don Abel's is open seven days a week. Our hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, 8-5 Saturday and Sunday 10-4.
