The responsibilities of this role encompass various aspects of the flower shop, including designing floral arrangements, assisting walk-in clients with retail needs, representing Frenchie's during flower deliveries, caring for plants, managing retail inventory, handling phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service. This position is customer-facing, sales-focused, and retail-centric, requiring all team members to be well-versed in every aspect of the job.
It's essential to note that this position involves physical intensity, including lifting and standing for most of the day.
Ideal candidates should be proficient in using a point-of-sale system and possess strong computer skills. We are currently hiring for part-time positions that cover morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts, totaling between 15-35 hours per week.
While previous flower and/or retail experience is highly preferred and encouraged, we are open to training the right candidates. We are looking to fill this position promptly and would like you to start as soon as possible.
