A small, locally owned business in Juneau is seeking a dependable and motivated Sales & Operations Manager to help lead our customer service, order coordination, and day-to-day operations. What You’ll Do:
Assist walk-in customers with product selection and quotes
Process orders and track them from sale to delivery
Coordinate service and installation schedules with contractors
Communicate with suppliers and manage basic inventory
Keep the workspace organized and customer-ready
Support project tracking and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
Sales, retail, coordination, or service experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and follow through
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic order systems
Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn
