Looking for a professional Marine Outboard Technician to join our team. We are a Honda, Suzuki, Raider marine dealer located in ketchikan alaska. Looking for a technician that can assist us with supporting our customers with thier boat repair and installation needs. technicians must have knowledge of outboard engine systems. We are an outboard only shop so no I/O work. Knowledge of D/C electrical systems, Nmea systems, Basic hydraulic steering systems and be comfortable with smaller boat systems. average size of boats range from 16 ft - 40 ft.
We are a growing marine dealership and have a growing number of customers so there is never a shortage of work.
Scope of work on outboards range from general maintenance needs to more advanced powerhead teardowns and lower unit rebuilds. Vessel work ranges from simple pump replacements to complete rewires. Factory training available from both honda and suzuki.
Pay depends on experiance and top pay for qualified Technician.
