Position Type: Seasonal May 1st-September 20th
Pay: $20/hour + tips
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Sundays Off)
Bonus: End-of Season Performance Bonus
Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our team for the upcoming season. As a driver, you will provide safe and efficient transportation for our customers to and from their fishing destinations. If you love meeting new people, enjoy the outdoors, and have excellent driving skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely Transport passengers to and from designated fishing locations
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for guests.
Assist passengers with boarding and unloading as needed
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the shuttle vehicle
Follow all traffic and safety regulations
Handle cashless transaction and tips courteously
Communicate and follow schedules efficiently.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required
Previous driving or customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
Friendly and professional demeanor
Punctual and dependable
Basic fishing knowledge
