Seasonal starting immediately through August at first class fishing lodge Crooked Creek Outfitters. Prep to-go lunches, cook dinner for lodge guests, including desserts. Menu and recipes are set. Musts: flexibility to stay late/work overtime on occasion, be calm and organized, keep a clean kitchen, track inventory and manage shopping lists, be a team player, be able to lead other kitchen staff, have food service card, have transportation, no alcohol/drug problems, be honest and candid. Baking experience a plus. Previous lodge experience a plus.
