We are hiring line cooks for the summer season here in Homer. Our restaurant is owned and operated by long time industry professionals. We run a well oiled machine here in the summer time. With a focus on quality ingredients in our food and cocktails, we operate at high volume while maintaining efficiency and do it all while not taking ourselves too seriously.
Our line is a 4 person open kitchen that pumps out quality food with speed. We are proud of what we do which is why our line cooks earn 3% of our daily sales as a tip on their checks. This ends up being more per hour than anyone else in town is paying, and that’s without working insane amounts of overtime.
