Ridgeline Hardscapes is looking for Landscape Crew Members to join our team!
We are a growing landscaping company in Flagstaff, AZ with significant opportunities on the horizon. We’re looking for someone honest, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Description: Full-Time / Seasonal
Starting Pay: $19-$23 per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
-Raking and bagging leaves and pine needles
-Loading/unloading/installing material (mulch, weed barrier, gravel, etc.)
-Operating equipment (weed eaters, blowers, mowers, skid steers, etc.)
-Digging holes and trenches
-Pruning shrubs and low trees
-Planting and maintaining flower beds
-Picking up trash and debris
-Maintaining professional rapport with homeowners while on the jobsite
-Snow removal during the Snow Season (October - March)
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-At least 18 Years Old
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
-Must be able to regularly lift up to 75lbs, have the ability to push, pull, and carry heavy objects, and stand, bend, and squat for extended periods of time
-Preferred - a minimum of 1 year of Landscaping or Construction experience
