Ridgeline Hardscapes is looking for a Maintenance Foreman to join our team!
We are a growing landscaping company in Flagstaff, AZ with significant opportunities on the horizon. We have a close-knit crew and regularly participate in social activities. We’re looking for someone honest, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Description: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $24-$27 per Hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Responsibilities:
-Directing the flow of work on job sites and ensuring timely completion of the job
-Day-to-day managing and coaching of Landscape Crew Members
-Operating and maintaining truck and tools and performing minor repairs
-Uploading documentation on Jobber (notes and photos)
-Maintaining professional rapport with customers while on the jobsite
-Snow removal during snow season (October - March)
-Loading/unloading/installing material (mulch, weed barrier, gravel, etc.)
-Operating equipment (weed eaters, blowers, mowers, skid steers, etc.)
-Raking and bagging leaves and pine needles, digging holes and trenches, pruning shrubs and low trees, planting and maintaining flower beds, applying weed prevention, and picking up trash and debris
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-At least 18 Years Old
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
-Must be able to regularly lift up to 75lbs, have the ability to push, pull, and carry heavy objects, and stand, bend, and squat for extended periods of time
-Required: A minimum of 1 year of Landscaping or Construction experience
-Preferred: A minimum of 1 year of Management experience
-Preferred: Experience hauling trailers and operating heavy equipment.
