DUTIES:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare and maintain budgets, track expenses, and assist with financial forecasting.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks, such as preparing financial statements and reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to input and track financial data.
- Familiarity with governmental accounting principles and regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
SKILLS:
