Require Skills
Must have a minimum of 5 years full time experience
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Online Bank deposits
Manage aging reports and communicate with customers regarding past due invoices.
Create financial statements and bank reconciliation.
General Ledger
Process payroll thru QuickBooks bi-weekly
Process month end reports and reconciliation
Syspro ERP experience a plus
Arizona State Tax filing
Prepare and provide all documents as needed for the CPA.
Must Be Able to Multi-task
