Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving business growth. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of fiscal management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare and interpret comprehensive financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage expenses effectively while ensuring operational efficiency.
Oversee payroll management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Implement International Accounting Standards (IAS) to maintain high-quality financial reporting standards.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the organization.
Lead revenue cycle management initiatives to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
Collaborate with public accounting firms for audits and compliance requirements.
Drive business development efforts by providing financial insights that support strategic initiatives.
Experience
Proven experience in fiscal management with a strong background in financial report writing and interpretation.
Demonstrated expertise in expense management, payroll management, and revenue cycle management.
Familiarity with International Accounting Standards (IAS) is preferred.
Experience in public accounting is advantageous.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is preferred.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
