Office Manager/Maintenance Coordinator - Construction Company

Small, growing, construction company / handyman service looking for a full-time office manager / maintenance coordinator.

Work duties will include:

1) Answering company phones and take orders

2) Working closely with sister company staff (property management company)

3) Schedule technicians using service provider software

4) Work with lead generation websites to win new job opportunities

5) Input of customer data into service software to create, schedule and close work orders

6) Work with CRM program to help with marketing blasts

7) Create job estimates for potential customers

8) Train technicians on use of smart phones and scheduling software

9) Follow up on assigned work orders

Desired skills:

1) Computer proficiency including internet and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on spreadsheet and word processing programs

2) English proficiency (read and write) Spanish speaking capabilities a plus

3) Smart phone usage

4) Strong math and writing skills

5) Self-starter with little need for supervision

6) Experience with Kickserv or similar scheduling software a plus

7) Experience working in the construction industry or general knowledge of home repair a plus

8) Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks and schedules

9) Ability to manage time wisely due to competing demands

The Office Manager / Maintenance Coordinator is a permanent, full-time position. The position offers a competitive wage, holiday pay and paid time off.
