America's Home Pros is a fast growing residential exterior painting company expanding their operations in the Phoenix Metro area. Our services include exterior painting, stucco repair, wood replacement and siding. We are looking for a Project Manager who can run 8 to 15 active jobs at any time located in the Phoenix area. This position requires great organizational skills and time management.
Must have residential exterior painting experience.
Overseeing exterior painting projects.
A solid understanding of high quality repairs and patches with stucco and drywall.
A foundation of light carpentry work.
Running scheduled pre measure appointments to verify the work after the sale has been made.
Document to make sure we have accurate measurements and detailed scopes of works.
Ordering paint and supplies for the job.
Scheduling crews to start and do their part of the job.
Doing job progress walks and final walks to collect all monies and close the job.
Scheduling any service if needed.
Asking for and getting 5 Star reviews.
This job is a field job You are a "road warrior" 8 to 12 stops a day.
A company truck, gas card, and work phone will be provided!
