We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our financial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial advice and services to clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss their financial goals, needs, and concerns.
Develop and implement financial plans tailored to each client's individual needs
Educate individuals on Investment, Retirement planning, Insurance and others financial products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to obtain necessary licenses
18+ years old
Clean background (no felonies)
No experience required
