Job Details:
Call center customer service opportunity in a healthcare call center.
Managing inbound call, chat, and message inquiries from our patients and those involved in their care as they navigate a complex healthcare system.
Duties including but not limited to insurance help, appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, refill authorization, and appointment management.
Pay: $19.25/hr base (Raise to $20/hr at 4 months on the job)
Schedules: 40 hours weekly set schedule – main schedules are Mon – Fri between 6am-6pm
Start Date: October 7th and October 21st
Locations: In-Office in Tempe off Priest Dr and Rio Salado Parkway
Contract to Hire: 4 month contract period before going on directly with the company
