Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to follow up on "warm" prospects, engaging potential clients to encourage positive responses.
Persuasion & Negotiation: Utilize effective communication skills to turn "No's" into "Yes's," demonstrating strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and follow-up actions in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and precise.
Maintain Composure: Handle high call volumes and occasional rejections with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Adherence to Dress Code: Follow the company’s business casual dress code standards while maintaining a professional appearance.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Persuasion Skills: Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation, with a knack for influencing outcomes.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems for accurate documentation and follow-up.
Call Handling: Must be comfortable making numerous outbound calls daily.
Professionalism: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Availability: Must be available to work within the specified hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
