Pay $15.00 -16.00 per hour DOE
Full Time 40 hours per week
Bi-Weekly pay
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am 4:00 pm

Duties:
Receiving incoming purchased merchandise, parts and accessories and matching packing slips to open purchase orders
. Receiving incoming repairs and return of rental leased equipment
. Closing out open rental lease orders
. Inventory counting and data entry of manufacturer, model numbers, serial numbers
Data entry and 10 key for repair items and sales orders items
Eventually when familiarized with inventory item picking for repairs and sales orders
. Data entry of freight tracking numbers after shipping
. Stock checking of inventory and qty verification in database for sales people
This work station is located in an office setting. It is Not located on the warehouse floor. Casual relaxed attire and atmosphere.
Skill and Work Requirements:
Must be bondable
Must pass background/drug screen prior to hire
Ability to work independently and have problem solving skills
Must be detail-oriented with strong accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and written
Microsoft Outlook Experience
Must be able to speak and write English fluently
2 years of shipping or receiving or warehouse experience preferred
UPS Worldwide, USPS and FedEx shipping systems experience preferred
Knowledge and experience with LTL Bill of Ladings and related shipping documents such as manifests, commercial invoices, packing slips a plus
Experience in inventory control or warehouse control procedures and duties
Responsible for adhering safety procedures
Must have ability to prioritize work load and manage time
