Duties:
Enter new and updated customer and account information into database.
Prepare source data for entry by compiling, sorting and verifying information.
Process data lists into a variety of order entry applications.
Verify customer, account, and order data entry by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data.
Maintain customer confidence and ensure information security by keeping information confidential per department
security protocol.
Work with Customer Service and Corporate Sales Teams.
Perform necessary administrative work to maintain a functional customer service center (faxing, filing, shredding
documents and e-mailing receipts to customers, etc.).
Contribute to the team effort by assisting in other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Accurate data entry skills with extensive data sheet experience
Attention to details
Spelling and grammar proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & Internet Explorer
Flexible to work additional hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as needed
Must possess strong work ethic, be dependable, punctual, and commit to completing the season
Qualified candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background screening
