Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule HVAC service/warranty calls/new construction startups and emails efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization of technicians' time and resources.
Customer Communication: Communicate with customers and superintendents to confirm appointments, provide service windows, and update them on any delays or changes to the schedule.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician availability, and customer information using our scheduling software.
Coordination with Technicians: Collaborate closely with HVAC technicians to ensure they have all the necessary information and resources.
Office Support: Provide support to the other office staff with new construction tasks, when needed.
MUST HAVE PRIOR HVAC SCHEUDLING EXPERIENCE
