Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Greet and assist clients in person and on the phone.

Communication Management: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.

Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments and manage the showroom materials efficiently. Shop with clients in our showroom

Order Management: Oversee the ordering and stocking of materials, ensuring accurate and timely procurement.

Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and reception area.

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Event Setup: Prepare for home shows and other company events.

Warranty Management: Track and manage warranty claims.

Appointment Reminders: Call clients to remind them of upcoming appointments and schedule new ones.

Qualifications:

Proven customer service experience with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Proficiency in basic computer programs, including the MS Office suite and scheduling software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing appointments and orders.

Professional appearance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Prior experience in a construction environment is a plus.

Knowledge of managing inventory and ordering materials is preferred.

Familiarity with the home improvement industry or related fields is advantageous.
