Position Overview:
The Showroom Assistant will assist our sales staff in presenting our products to clients in our hardwood flooring gallery. Often the first person to engage with our clients, this person will understand the product line deeply and provide high-quality customer service, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized showroom environment.
Expected Hours:
Full-time hours are 32 to 40 per week, with Saturdays required from 9 AM to 12 PM. Part-time hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet & assist clients in person and on the phone
Stock and track sample library inventory
Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.
Qualifications:
Experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably with high-end or luxury products.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for design and detail, with the ability to keep the showroom looking its best.
