We are a Real Estate Company that manages several Apartment Communities throughout the state of Arizona. We are currently looking to fill a duel position for an onsite Case Manager of a Low-Income Senior Community, 3 days per week, and a Activties Manager 2 days per week. This position is a full-time, 40-hour a week, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm position. Benefits eligible after 90 days. Both locations are not far apart, one location 85021, and the other 85014.
The onsite Case Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, providing supportive services to 30 of the Residents- coordination between health, social services, and charitable entities. Keeping in communication via regular meetings and recording data into software systems tracking resident information.
The Activties Manager is based out of the corporate office and oversees activities across the companies portfolio of Apartment Communities- responsible for, but not limited to, maintaining documentation and tracking/organization of all activities and services required to be supplied at each of the Apartment Communities.
