We have an immediate need for a full time, resident manager at one or our Mesa locations. Are you a natural closer who thrives in a customer-focused environment? We’re looking for a driven, sales-minded Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who isn’t afraid to confidently ask for the sale, follow up with leads, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Greet prospective customers, confidently present storage options, and close the sale
Follow up with leads quickly, professionally, and with a strong sales approach
Sell packing and moving supplies to meet customer needs and increase revenue
Handle collections, payments, and maintain accurate financial records
Clean and maintain storage units, office areas, bathrooms, and property grounds
Build lasting tenant relationships through outstanding customer service
Keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
Perform basic administrative tasks and daily reporting
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with the confidence to directly and effectively ask for the sale
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily operations with minimal supervision
Comfortable with light cleaning and general property upkeep
Basic computer skills (email, simple software, digital payment systems)
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and work ethic
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Experience in self-storage, retail, hospitality, or property management
Familiarity with CRM systems or structured sales follow-up processes
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, drag, or pull up to 50lbs.
