We are looking for an experienced residential coordinator with experience in working with homeowners scheduling service request and installation work. Recent work history in customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/task satisfactorily. Must be computer and software literate. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. COMPETENCIES:
Self-Management, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Teamwork, Problem Solving, Customer Service, Organizing, and Flexibility. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision. Ability to finish projects. Ability to prioritize and organize workload.
The employee is expected to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients. Perform duties via phone, e-mails, and in-person interaction.
Perform duties for daily operations in a timely fashion, addressing all requests on the same business day.
Follow established procedures and policies for work processes.
Work as a team with other Coordinators, field personnel, and internal staff to accomplish department goals. Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
