Mesa Spirit RV Resort is looking to hire a Front Desk person full time - year round.
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.
Act as the property liaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
Process payments and deposits to include resident annual payments and monthly electric.
Our Front Desk takes reservations for short term and long term stays within the community.
Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
Process arrival and departure reservation reports for stays.
Run reports and interact with courtesy patrol and maintenance following up on resident requests and repair orders.
Answer phones promptly to respond to all incoming inquires from current residents and new.
Partner with your General Manager and communicate frequently to address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Prioritize customer satisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
Experience & skills you need:
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with heavy customer interaction.
Conflict resolution solving skills
Professional and mature work ethic
Flexible work schedule during Winter Season.
