Parts and service department looking for a service coordinator to work in a small motor repair and parts shop.
Responsibilities to include:
Answer phones and assisting customers with parts and repair questions
Prepare service orders, take payments, follow up with customers and invoice
Maintain schedule calendar for onsite and offsite repairs
Prepare purchase orders and assist in purchasing and receiving
Responsible for an orderly shop and parts inventory
Complete, file and follow up on all warranty claims
Primary skills required:
Service warranty and/or parts department expertise HIGHLY preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
2+ years of customer service or quality assurance experience
Service-oriented and collaborative team player with ability to work in a deadline-driven, entrepreneurial team environment
Able to type 40 wpm with advanced proficiency in MS Windows operating systems
Attention to detail, well-spoken with strong written, and organizational skills
Some understanding of accounting principals
Confident and patient problem solver with savvy customer service skills a must.
Must be able to lift 50lbs
