Description:Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounting Assistant reports directly to AR Credit and Collections Team Leader and posed to be an integral part of the team’s success: supporting day-to-day AR transactional, filing, organizational, reporting and communication needs, being a backup to the Team Leader’s activities, providing support to the entire Corporate Accounting & Finance team. Daily execute an effective and timely Cash Application (payments/refunds/adjustments) process Maintain established tracking processes (refunds, approvals, etc.) Support & improve documentation filing and organizational methodologies Aid in AR and Aging validation, reporting and distribution Initial customer’s set up under the Supervisor’s guidance and established processes Assist with Bank reconciliations, and respective reporting Support other accounting ad-hoc projects, reporting and administrative duties, as needed If assigned, manage customers’ accounts, keep accurate records and resolve discrepanciesAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Cash Application experience in one of mainstream ERPs (e.g. SAP, S4 HANA, Great Plains, etc.)About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
