Connect with customers online and over the phone to find out what they want and need from their next car purchase and provide solutions utilizing CarMax products and services
Use your knowledge of the CarMax inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer experience
Actively engage in the contact center’s continuous improvement process to drive the best experience for the CarMax customer
Mentor others as your skillset expands

Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred
Must be able to truly engage and actively listen with customers while talking and typing simultaneously
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills and ethics
Ability to be self-motivated in a stationary environment
Computer knowledge and proficiency required
Average typing skills of 40 words per minute preferred
