The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and is eager to grow within the event and project management space.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the coordination and execution of in-person and virtual events.Manage event logistics including venue booking, vendor communication, catering, and materials.Maintain accurate schedules and timelines, tracking milestones and deadlines.Prepare documentation such as event briefs, run-of-shows, and contact lists.Support event set-up, on-site coordination, and breakdown as needed.Handle administrative tasks such as managing RSVPs, sending confirmations, and compiling feedback.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
