Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Phoenix, Arizona, 85034, United States. The chosen candidate will be part of our progressive team, providing operational and technical support to users, managing queues, and liaising with global IT teams. This role primarily involves resolving software related requests/incidents, installing and upgrading EUS equipment, and managing inventory.Responsibilities: Provide onsite technical support to users, ensuring that service level agreements are met. Manage and prioritize Level 1 queues and escalate issues appropriately to global IT teams. Install, upgrade, and repair end user support equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals. Respond to and resolve software related requests and incidents in a timely manner. Assist users in connecting to the corporate network and facilitate access to LAN, print, and file services. Conduct daily asset control and record allocation. Coordinate with vendors and carriers to address hardware related issues. Support badge management system implementation and maintenance. Ensure systems and processes align with the Global IT strategy. Provide network support for device configuration, IP addressing, and direct TCP/IP output.
