Description We are in the process of expanding our team and are currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst II based in Phoenix, Arizona, 85034, United States. This role is within the tech industry and specifically involves providing onsite Deskside support to Users with operational and technical support. This position is offered as a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance to users, ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met. Take part in daily operations, managing queues of L1 and escalating any occurring issues to global IT Teams. Handle software-related requests and incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently. Support users with connectivity issues related to the corporate network, including accessing LAN, print, and file services. Install, upgrade, and repair EUS equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals. Liaise with vendors for inventory management and break-fix solutions. Control all assets and record allocation on a daily basis. Manage hardware dispatch, collection, and tagging for new joiners and leavers. Implement and support solutions to ensure systems and processes align with the global IT strategy. Provide network support for device configuration, including IP addressing and direct TCP/IP output.
