Provide product management support across Wells Fargo's small business lending products, including Business Line of Credit, Small Business Advantage Line of Credit, Commercial Real Estate Financing, Asset Secured Lending, and Practice Financing.
Develop product collateral for Wells Fargo Small Business Lending credit products, including templates for customer communications (emails, letters), customer agreements, applications and supplemental application forms, statement inserts, online banking messaging, and product-specific digital content.
Secure approval for collateral content for Wells Fargo's Small Business Lending product suite.
Implement approved collateral in production across a wide range of technology platforms.
Lead annual reviews for all product collateral to ensure accuracy and to promote a process of continued improvement for serving our small business customers.
Manage inventory for print material and card plastics. Monitor volume of delivered email/letter communications to identify trends.
Develop controls to ensure that customers receive relevant, accurate communications during the application process and while servicing existing accounts.
Partner with subject matter experts (e.g., legal, compliance, marketing, operations) to develop new customer communications and modify existing collateral content.
Serve as liaison for regulatory contacts to incorporate new regulations into existing communications.
Manage compliance risk and support both internal and external Product Management audits.
The Small Business Lending Senior Product Manager will specialize in Collateral and Communications and will cross-train to support other product managers across a range of functional responsibilities, including:
Develop products and features to support the credit needs of our small business customers.
Optimize the customer experience for new account originations and account servicing.
Execute channel strategies for new account acquisition.
Implement customer management programs for existing customers.
Support technology implementation to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of our business.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong foundation in credit lending either in consumer or small business lending.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong written and oral communication
Demonstrated aptitude for transferring strong core skills (communication, business analysis, process development) to new challenges.
Strong spreadsheet skills and foundation in data and reporting.
Knowledge of risk fundamentals, credit bureau reporting, and operations processing of credit applications.
Experience with application processing and account management systems.
Familiarity with regulatory and audit compliance such as, for example, Reg B, HMDA, FCRA, ECOA, Fair Lending.
Ability to develop and maintain documented procedures.
Experience developing and supporting business cases for funding new initiatives.
Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
