Description:As Logistics Shipping Coordinator, you’ll track materials received at treatment plant in accordance with applicable Federal, State and local hazardous waste regulations and in accordance with our policies, practices and procedures. Identifies materials received and completes appropriate paperwork. Review analytical data for purposes of shipping of receiving. Enters data on computerized tracking database. Identifies all incoming waste stream at facility. Enters all system required waste tracking information into database. Record customer information to ensure compliance with program objectives. Maintains computer files, logbooks, and additional records. Prepares necessary manifest and land disposal restriction forms and maintains associated filling systems. Create and edit reports, including incoming and outgoing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports Provides clerical support including reception duties, phone coverage, word processing, office supply inventory, computer user support and mail distribution.
