Oversee and work with Contact Center Manager to ensure issued lead goals are reached daily
Oversee and work with Show / Event Manager to ensure goals are reached monthly
Work with Sales Manager to understand and meet lead demand on a weekly basis
Manage overall marketing spend and marketing calendar to maintain a 10% cost of marketing or less
Negotiate and purchase media buys for TV, Radio, and News Paper
Manage manufacture lead programs
Manage Paid Lead vendors
Manage PPC vendors
Work with Website developer to increase content and brand awareness
Manger social media posts
Measure and report results
Qualifications
Strong communications skills
Positive, outgoing personality
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to coach, train and motivate others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work weekends
