Job DescriptionDetailed Role :The role will help manage the overall project plan covering development, implementation through to support, and the associated launch and enablement activities related to the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, and the engagement with customers, internal stakeholder and partners.The role especially focuses on the oversight of dependencies across the work-streams to minimise the risk of delay to Oracle Cloud Success Navigator releases and the downstream impact on customer adoption of the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator, which seeks to improve business value and accelerate customer success in the cloud.An experienced project manager who has an understanding of the product development lifecycle, implementations, and related activities for the launch of products. Preferably 8 years of project management or related experience.Role Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to drive the management of interdependencies across work-streams globally.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.

Experience with building and managing reporting tools to support programs; such as scorecards and KPI metrics to further drive insights around our program strategy.

Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.

Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Must be comfortable working in ambiguous situations.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Develops and leads all aspects of project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams through structured governance meetings and progress measurement activity, which bring Oracle Cloud Success Navigator release projects to completion on time.

Navigates and tracks complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks.

Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within constraints.

Leads defining scope, creating roadmaps, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and status communication Oracle Cloud Success Navigator programs.

Aligns with and gains sponsorship from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution of owned programs.

Provides complete transparency of progress versus plan for Oracle Cloud Success Navigator programs, including regular status reporting to senior management.

Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements and provides recommendations to program team leadership.

Fosters cross-functional teamwork and promotes collaboration, coordination, and consistent communication among stakeholders.

Starts to build trusted relationships with partner teams, both internal and external, to understand work priorities and ensures alignment.

Assists in the development of organizational change management plans in partnership with all relevant stakeholders.

Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives.

Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure work-stream objectives are met.

Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.

Exhibits strong and effective communication skills in both verbal, presentation and written forms

Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regularly follows up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary.

Provides rigorous management and analysis of headcount for the Oracle Cloud Success Navigator program

Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices.

Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs.

Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Performs other duties as assigned.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Job Summary The Project Manager I position manages and leads the coordination of activities of an internal team and vendor partners to provide complete support to the client for all project requests.
