For more information, please visit healthcaresolutions-us.fujifilm.com .Job Purpose -This position is intended to be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by working directly with healthcare information technology and medical imaging staff. They will gather and understand customer needs, install, and configure the software accordingly, train customer site personnel to serve as administrator of the software, and act as the primary contact for technical support. They will also collaborate with the FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation (HCUS) engineering team to keep abreast of the software’s continuously evolving functionality and will apply that knowledge to optimize the software performance at customer sites.FUJIFILM is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Takes responsibility for HCUS technical support cases and drives for closure leading to customer satisfaction.

Performs diagnostic troubleshooting leading to the identification of the root cause.

Utilizes Salesforce Service Cloud to manage customer support cases.

Installs and configures HCUS products at customer sites as part of implementation projects or other HCUS professional services.

Trains customers on the basic operation and maintenance of HCUS products.

Proactively supports multiple work assignments during high volume periods and prioritizes urgent requests with a high level of responsiveness.

Assesses product issues at customer sites and collaborates with the HCUS Development team to provide timely resolution of support cases.

Collaborates with HCUS colleagues for the continuous improvement of products and processes resulting in increased customer satisfaction.

Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent Medical Imaging industry technical experience 5+ years of experience in customer service and support for medical imaging or healthcare IT software and associated clinical workflow. Intermediate knowledge of DICOM, and HL7 communication protocols Intermediate knowledge of computer network technology and the Windows Server operating system Self-driven with strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated teamwork, interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Dedication to customer service excellence Ability to achieve results and meet goals in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of relational databases and structured query languages (Oracle and SQL Server) Experience with Customer Relationship Management software such as Salesforce. Experience with driving projects to completion. Experience with remote connectivity and system monitoring software Ability to understand and diagnose complex problems.

Responsible for tactical, strategic, and administrative support of multiple program areas such as training, quality control, quality assurance, traffic management, airspace and procedures, plans and programs, operational automation, military operations, special and security operations, safety management system, safety reporting and other areas of specialty identified collaboratively at the local level. Responsibilities The work requires a comprehensive knowledge of the ATC field and familiarization with the many integral components of the industry which comprise the National Airspace System. Specialists must have the ability to apply this knowledge to the analysis. evaluation and development of new methods, studies, approaches, and procedures. The Staff Support Specialist must be knowledgeable of Agency wide programs, facility goals and objectives. Must be able to communicate clearly and tailor their message to the target audience. While not required, hardware/software experience is desirable. Some travel will be required. For the assigned Facility/Duty Location: 1.
