The position supports our mission of helping people on their path to better health, through quality care. We are innovating healthcare through new initiatives that make quality care more accessible, easier to use, less expensive, and patient-focused. Working together and organizing around the individual, we are pioneering new approaches to total health that puts the patient first. As a member of the program operations team, this individual works with the Program Director (PD) in coordinating, planning, and developing program activities related to eMBRY Health's New State Launch. The Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the program and will be expected to promote, educate and develop program-related training for providers at eMBRY Health. The Program Manager must be or become thoroughly knowledgeable and have the ability to interpret and manage the implementation of the program. This position must know and maintain up-to-date knowledge about program requirements, anticipated changes, and be able to help interpret and implement these changes. You will lead clinical and non-clinical program responsibilities and tasks. This position requires independent decision making, the ability to foresee issues and make recommendations for solutions and then implement solutions. The Program Manager will continually look for opportunities to improve systems, communications and operations. This person must be able to work with different personalities, be able to foster a relationship of trust, as well as be able to keep them on target and ensure they adhere to deadlines. The individual in this position must be a self-starter, expert time manager and comfortable with a myriad of different projects and tasks. Must be able to act independently and prioritize with ease and accuracy. Must possess a willingness to understand situations and work within parameters not wholly under their control. As the department continues to build these clinical programs, a strong Program Manager is a pivotal partner in achieving the mission and program goals.Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure new clinical providers and staff are brought into the program accurately, timely, and efficiently by overseeing the interview, appointment and credentialing processes, and managing deployment activities.

Oversee candidate recruitment: planning and arranging interview schedules; advertising, including providing copy and/or original content for websites.

Manage onboarding activities, including assigning equipment and arranging access to all systems

Work with PD and other involved entities to set up systems that ensure meeting the requirements of the program.

Monitor that evaluations are completed in a timely and accurate manner; if not trigger escalation for non-compliance.

Manage end-of-clinical staff activities, including off-boarding and exit events.

Maintain scheduling software, note changes to attending and clinical shifts.

Create and manage a weekly clinical schedule. Organize schedules within scheduling software to ensure accuracy and coordinate changes.

Manage onboarding activities for new hires, including assigning equipment and arranging access to all systems.

Develops and implements specific internal policies and procedures based upon the requirements of the programs mentioned above.

Must be able to develop, implement and manage policies and procedures for each program and site location.

Monitor and ensure compliance to the program's policies, including duty hours, effects of leave on board eligibility and similar.

Ensures programmatic accreditation and reaccreditation are secured and that all processes around accreditation are efficient, systematized and planned so that they are completed in a timely manner.

Develop and manage new program aspects as proposed by PD, including increasing the size of the program.

Develop and maintain call schedules for the clinical team, including managing rotations schedules.

Develop and implement procedures in compliance with affiliated training sites

Plan, develop, and implement Program quality improvement projects; develop initiatives to address concerns.

Use tools to help assess clinical team morale and bring concerns to PD.

Oversee and manage program funds including reimbursements and purchases per department policies.

Coordinate and schedule Training Program meetings and events

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, education, social sciences, communications, or healthcare management, or similar

2-3 years of experience in program management or administration, preferably in a healthcare or medical field OR a relevant combination of education/experience.

Ability to understand complex rules and interpret them to others

Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

High proficiency using Microsoft Office products

Professional presentation of self, department and office

Strong interpersonal communication; strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn quickly new online and computer-based systems

Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines

Demonstrated ability to exercise good professional judgment
