Together, we can accomplish amazing things.Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) Talent Acquisition Team requires:Position OverviewThe Senior AWS Alliance Solution Architect supports the AWS Partnership in four key pillars. The four pillars encompass different facets: Partner Differentiation focuses on strategy creation, documentation, presentations, and thought leadership; Partner Facing – Alignment and Engagement represents the company, fosters partnerships, and acts as the primary contact with AWS; Partner Programs involves program liaison, alignment, support, and coordination; Internal Collaboration and Support manages training coordination, operational assistance, opportunity submissions, and strategic planning between AWS and internal teams.Essential Functions Spearhead strategies for Partner Specializations, including competencies, service delivery designations, and service offerings. Lead the development of artifacts and presentations required to achieve Partner Specialization, collaborating with internal stakeholders where needed. Contribute to our ongoing AWS Marketplace Strategy and support the management of our new and existing listings. Participate in internal and external thought leadership content creation, and leading efforts around Joint opportunities with AWS. Represent the company at AWS events such as AWS Summits and re:Invent, serving as the main technical contact. Support meetings, round-table discussions, and activities aimed at fostering partnership with AWS. Serve as the primary point of contact for engaging with AWS Technical Teams. Act as a bridge between internal teams and AWS in a technical capacity, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Act as the technical liaison for various programs like Immersion Day, GameDay, Well-Architected, Migration Acceleration, and Microsoft Modernization Programs Ensure alignment with program requirements and stay updated on program changes in collaboration with AWS, supporting internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Work with AWS to Identify new programs aligned to our business, managing compliance and internal training. Coordinate training strategies and delivery for AWS solutions, services, and programs, liaising between AWS and internal teams. Provide support to our operations teams around AWS solutions identification and reporting. Collaborate with AWS and internal teams to develop strategies for new and existing solutions and their Go-To-Market plans. Provide support and/or ownership of specific workstreams with our SCA with AWS.Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. BS in Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent technical experience. 8+ years’ experience in Information Technology and/or Professional Services required; 12+ years preferred. 5-8+ years’ experience in or working with an AWS professional services organization or as a Partner Solution Architect at a CSP (AWS Preferred) Demonstrated experience in services delivery, pre-sales/solution architecture, and/or sales experience involving the major CSP partners : AWS, Azure, or GCP Certifications strongly preferred:o AWS is strongly preferred. (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate required within 6 months)Keys to Success Ability to converse with senior internal and partner stakeholders, strong executive presence. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet competing deadlines. Be comfortable driving towards recommendations and decisions independently. Core understanding of AWS solutions and offerings. Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects that vary in size and scope across multiple focus areas including work prioritization. Strong Ownership, Bias for Action and willingness to role-up your sleeves. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
