Description Robert Halfs client in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Senior Project Manager.
Understanding of project management
Understanding of the difference between project management and product management to ensure successful team partnership in delivering a quality solution from start to implementation
Ability to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Can develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure their needs and expectations are met and manage changes to project scope and objectives.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Timely, clear, and meaningful daily management and communication of projects
Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ability to manage the delivery of multiple concurrent time sensitive initiatives
Ability to hold dependent organizations and resources, both internal and external, accountable to initiative supporting deliverables
PMP certification or equivalent required
Experience w / Workday - a HUGE bonus
Technical implementation experience is a plus but WD experience more important
